Shortly before President Obama Inauguration, XianStudio was approached by an Obama supporter to create a image of the President that could be embroidered onto clothing for the tourist market in Washington, D.C. The desired image was to be understated and subtle but still convey support of the president with just a glance.

Our studio found an appropriate photograph and rendered it into original artwork, staying within a four color restriction. Research on the embroidery process and national clothing wholesale companies was performed.

The first few dozen shirts and hats are out and selling well.
